Start shoppingHalloween is the perfect excuse to dim the lights, grab some snacks, and get lost in a horror game marathon. But late-night horror sessions hit differently when your screen glows brighter than your sanity. Regen’s blue-light blocking and colour-enhancing glasses keep your vision sharp and comfortable, and to celebrate one of our favourite holidays in the year, we have a 20% discount on selected glasses!
This Halloween, stay focused, stay alert, and don’t blink, you’ll want to see what’s coming next.
We looked into different genres, so that there is a game for every mood.

Love games like Animal Crossing but wish they had a witchy twist? Cult of the Lamb is exactly what you’re looking for. This story-driven game perfectly balances cosy cult management with a dark, whimsical charm. Build and grow your very own cult, nurture your followers, and decorate your base with a mix of cute 2D visuals and spooky, occult-inspired elements.
Need a break from that one follower who keeps asking if they can eat poop? Venture out on dungeon-crawling adventures to battle rival cults and gather resources. These expeditions help you expand and sustain your cult, while also giving you the chance to recruit new members with unique traits and personalities.
Not a fan of combat? No problem. Cult of the Lamb offers accessibility options that let you tailor the gameplay to your liking, including the ability to disable damage entirely. The freedom to play your way makes the game enjoyable for everyone.
Even as a single-player experience, the game continues to receive fresh updates and new content. Several DLC packs are already available, with another exciting release planned for early next year.

Tired of horror games where you’re always the one being chased? Carrion flips the script and lets you become the monster instead. In this reverse-horror style game, you play as a terrifying lab experiment made of writhing flesh, teeth, and tentacles (the perfect summer body if you ask me), escaping from the facility that created you.
Slither through vents, hunt down terrified scientists, and solve environmental puzzles as you grow stronger. Throughout the game, you’ll absorb new DNA to evolve your abilities, unlocking new game paths to wreak havoc.
Carrion is a brilliant one-shot experience that doesn’t demand too much time, making it perfect for players who enjoy a shorter, spooky adventure. Its smooth difficulty curve keeps things engaging without ever feeling frustrating, offering a satisfying mix of horror and fun.

Can’t choose between being the monster or the survivor? Want to share the scare with your friends? Dead by Daylight has been around for years, yet it’s still going strong. This asymmetrical horror game lets you step into the role of a ruthless killer hunting down survivors, or one of four survivors working together to repair generators and escape before it’s too late.
Whether you want to get genuinely scared, goof off with friends, or take on the challenge competitively, Dead by Daylight gives you that freedom. The game also features collaborations with some of the biggest horror and pop culture franchises, including Five Nights at Freddy’s, Scream, Tokyo Ghoul, Stranger Things, and many more.
P.S. Ever dreamt of being Nicolas Cage? You actually can in this game, and he has pretty nice perks too.
If you are more into the eerie and uncomfortable, and love the uncanny valley; Maple County is definitely worth checking out. The indie game puts you in front of a police training tape, teaching you how to recognise an “unknown threat”, but the more you watch, the more wrong everything starts to feel. It’s a brilliant one-shot that proves you don’t need jump scares or monsters to create genuine dread.
Love the idea of skinwalkers? Then this game about identifying doppelgängers hiding in plain sight is a real catch (and delightfully affordable)! In this point-and-click horror game you play as a tenant inspector tasked with spotting disguised monsters posing as humans (gameplay similar to Papers, Please, but make it spooky). The game is simple at first sight, but has hidden lore deep inside of it. It’s creepy, clever, and oddly charming.
