Delivery and returns (NON-PRESCRIPTION ONLY)

When will my order be dispatched?

Once your order has been placed, this should be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. This could take up to 72 hours during peak periods such as Black Friday.

Once your order has been processed, you are unable to make any changes.

If there is an error with your address, please reach out to the team at help@regenoptics.com with your order number asap.

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a tracking email (please check junk/spam folders if you can't locate this) which will enable you to follow your order progress.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We currently ship into the UK only (with global locations coming soon).

UK Standard- 3 to 5 days

UK Express Delivery- 2 to 3 days

Do you accept returns?

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances:

  • The item has been purchased via the REGEN™ website.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item(s) are returned using the correct unique return labels, you must not mix multiple orders into one.
  • The item is packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • The return request has been raised via our UK returns process, please see further details below.
What is the returns process for UK customers?

To request a return, please visit our Returns Portal (link).

On the portal, you can enter the details of your order, your reasons for return and generate a free, Royal Mail returns label or QR code. If you are unable to access a post office, Royal Mail also offer a free collection service to most UK locations. 

If you choose to use an alternative provider, please ensure that your order details are included in the parcel. The cost for this will not be reimbursed.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Do you offer free returns?

In the UK, we offer free returns if using our pre-paid Royal Mail service which can be accessed via our returns portal. 

By using the potral and entering the details of your return, you will be able to generate a Royal Mail pre-paid label or QR code.

Can I return my parcel via a courier of my choice?

If you choose to return your item(s) via a different method, you must ensure:

  • The details of your return are entered into the return portal, which can be accessed here.
  • Your order details are included in the parcel. 
  • Your return is posted from a location which offers tracking services.

We will not reimburse the costs for any returns that are made with other carriers or via other methods.

Are there any exceptions to the refund policy?

Your return must be requested within 30 days of you receiving your order. 

Once we have received your return, this will be subject to a quality check at our fulfilment centre. 

If the item(s) are deemed to be damaged and not in a suitable condition for re-sale, we will review your request for a full refund and may grant either a partial refund or refuse the request.

What happens if my item is faulty?

We are very sorry if you have received a faulty item and whilst this is something that we do not expect to happen, we are happy to refund or replace faulty items within 3 months of purchase.

If your request falls outside of the 3 month period, it will not be accepted, unless you can provide proof that the item was faulty upon receipt.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once your return is received at our fulfilment centre, we aim to process this as quickly as we can. Whilst this may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, as soon as we have processed your return, you will receive an automated email to confirm. 

Providing there are no issues during quality assurance, our Customer Service team will action your refund request shortly after processing.

We advise that you keep hold of any postage receipts until you receive confirmation that your return has been received.

If I have requested a refund, how long will it take once my return has been processed?

You will receive your funds back onto the original payment method within 21 days, following confirmation that your request has been processed by our Customer Service team.  

I placed a pre-order using purple dot, can I cancel it?

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are dispatched. Simply enter your order number beginning with PD and postal code here.

Any pre-payment that you have made, will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 days business days upon email confirmation that your refund has been processed.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, we are now able to ship to Europe and we offer free shipping on orders over £75.

The service we use is DHL Global Post, which is a tracked service.

We will add in some express options in the future but as we are currently shipping from the UK, these are not the most cost effective for our customers.

Will I have to pay VAT and Customs Duties on my order to the EU?

Please be aware that you will be required to pay VAT on your order, before this can be received.

When ordering from the EU, please ensure to keep an eye out in your emails for a request to pay the VAT in order to release your parcel.

For orders over a total value of 150 euros (incl. VAT and Shipping), you may be required to pay additional customs fees BUT our products are priced so that all REGEN™ frames can be shipped cross border, without encountering this issue.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes, we are now able to ship to the United States and we can offer Tracked shipping for just £8.

We have also added an express service and will be localising our shipping in time for 2025!

Which lens type is best for me?

REGEN™'s blue light blocking gaming lenses have the highest level of blue-block around - without the usual yellow tinge of many gaming glasses.

The main benefits of blue blocking glasses are preventing eye strain, dry eye and improving sleep quality.

REGEN™'s colour enhancing lenses bring a new level of quality, crispness and focus to your time doing what you do best.

The colour enhancing lenses still offer a 30% blue blocking feature which, whilst not as strong as the Blue Light Filter lens, offers a great level of protection.

How do I take care of my REGEN™ glasses?

To ensure that your REGEN™ gaming glasses stay in the best shape:

  • Keep them in their REGEN™ microfibre pouch and box at all times, when not in use
  • Only use your microfibre pouch or a similar product to clean your glasses, using your jumper/ any old material will cause scratching
  • If you want to use a cleaning spray, make sure this is an optician approved spray so as not to damage the lens coatings

What payment options do you offer?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card including American Express.

We also offer Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna (UK Customers only)

Do I pay for the full order upon purchase, if it's a purple dot pre-order?

No, we take 50% of the order total upon purchase when using purple dot pre-orders.

If I am placing a pre order, what payment methods can I use?

Purple Dot (our Pre Order provider) accepts all the major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Which REGEN™ frames are available in prescription?

The great news is that the full REGEN™ range is available in prescription and every frame is available with both our blu blocking and colour enhancing lenses.

To try our range of frames, please use our Virtual Try on tool, which you can use by clicking on the green icon on any of our collection or product pages.

How do I order prescription glasses with REGEN™?

To place a prescription order:

1. Select your frame on the Prescription collection page (here) and then click ‘Select Lenses and Purchase’

2.Choose from our Colour Enhancing or Blue Light filter lenses


3.Choose your prescription upload method; upload or use the one on file.
• Please note that we do require your PD measurement (pupillary distance).. If you don't have this already, you can use the built in tool when you select 'upload my prescription'!

4. Review your order + head to checkout!

How long will my prescription order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 7 working days from your order being accepted to dispatch.

We then offer free, standard UK shipping on all prescription orders which takes an average of 2-3 days.

Is REGEN™ prescription available globally?

REGEN™ prescription is currently only available In the UK with our core, non prescription range also available in the EU & US.

We will be rolling out our prescription offering across the globe though and if you are waiting for this, please let us know here.

What is the REGEN™ returns policy for prescription products?

We don’t accept returns for prescription products as these are a custom product.
However, if there is an error in prescription and you are sent a pair of gaming glasses that do not match what was submitted in the order process, or the product arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund.

REGEN™ offer a 48-month warranty which covers faulty products such as defects in materials and lens coatings but does not include scratched lenses, wear & tear or damage caused by accidents or improper use.

What is REGEN™ returns process for prescription products?

If you need to return a product, please email the team at help@regen-optics.com with your order details and they will provide you with a pre-paid returns label.

What is a PD measurement and how do I provide it?

To order a REGEN™ prescription frame, we need your PD measurement (aka Pupillary Distance)

This is the distance between the middle of your pupils.

If you don't have this already, you can measure this using our built in tool when you go to;

1. 'Select lenses and purchase'

2. 'Upload my prescription'

3. Measure PD

On any product page in our prescription collection!
