DELIVERY
Once your order has been placed, this should be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. This could take up to 72 hours during peak periods such as Black Friday.
We currently offer free standard delivery on all orders over £75 or you can pay to upgrade this to an express service if required.
Once your order has been processed, you are unable to make any changes. If there is an error with your address, please reach out to the team at help@regen-optics.com with your order number asap.
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a tracking email (please check junk/spam folders if you can't locate this) which will enable you to follow your order progress.
RETURNS
If your REGEN™ purchase doesn't transform your gaming experience within 30 days of purchase and you decide to return it, we will exchange products in their original condition and packaging for a full refund.

European Shipping
For EU shipping, we use DHL Global post & offer free shipping on orders over £175.
At checkout, you will pay 0 VAT and will instead need to pay this when prompted by the courier.
Please ensure that you are keeping an eye on your emails for this correspondence.
For orders under €150, you will not be required to pay additional customs fees.
USA SHIPPING
We are now please to offer US shipping and will be offering a standard, international tracked service for £8.
US orders can be returned to our US address and we will be localising our shipping into the US, in time for 2025.

Headset compatibility
Preview REGEN™'s one-of-a-kind headset compatible gaming glasses to ensure they will work for you using our Virtual Try on tool.
Step 1 - try the frames on virtually WITHOUT your headset first - at this point you can turn your head to see the 'claw' design and where this sits on your face
Step 2 - now put your headset on! If you can no longer see the 'claw' design of the glasses due to your headset, you may need a smaller size.
If so, drop the team a note at help@regen-optics.com and they will be able to advise.
